📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA, Europe, and selected international destinations including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and more.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

USA & Europe: Free Standard Shipping

International (Canada, Asia, Oceania): $18 flat rate

How long does delivery take?

USA & Europe: 7–15 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or peak seasons.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! Every order includes tracking. You'll get an email with tracking info once it ships.


💬 Order Issues & Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes! You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I request a return?
Email us at support@twokstore.com with:

Your order number

A short explanation of the issue

Photos (for damaged/defective items)

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the cost.

For change-of-mind or sizing issues, return shipping is your responsibility.

Where do I send returns?
Our return center is located in Portugal. We'll provide the full address and instructions once your return is approved.

Can I return a gift?
Yes, if the item was marked as a gift at purchase. You'll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately and we’ll fix it. If it has already shipped, we cannot change the address and additional shipping costs may apply.

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors or your local courier. If you still can’t locate it, email us at support@twokstore.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
