Refund & Return Policy – 2Kstore

At 2Kstore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it. Please review the details below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

📌 Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
📌 Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
📌 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


2. Return Instructions for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@twokstore.com with:

 

✅ Your order number
✅ A description of the issue
✅ Photos or videos of the item showing the defect or damage

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.

📍 Return Address: Our return processing center is located in Portugal. The exact return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

📌 For international returns, additional processing time may be required due to shipping delays. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

📌 Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
📌 Other Returns (Change of Mind, Incorrect Size, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if a prepaid return label is provided.


5. Shipping Instructions for Returns

📌 Domestic Returns (U.S.):

  • If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label via email.
  • Print the label, pack the item securely, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

📌 International Returns:

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Contact us at support@twokstore.com to initiate a return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent delays or lost items.

6. Gifts

📌 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
📌 Items purchased as gifts that fall outside the return window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
